Death of another CD salesman
| Fui a la calle Newbury hoy en Boston con intenciones de asomarme en Newbury Comics y el Virgin Megastore y resulta que el Megastore ya no existe... cerró hace un par de semanas. Es un poco triste, especialmente dado que yo trabajaba enfrente y disfrutaba yendo los martes a ver qué había de nuevo y para leer revistas británicas que no se encontraban en ningún otro lado en Boston. En verdad espero que a Newbury Comics le vaya mejor. | I went over to Newbury Street in Boston today with intentions of peeking into Newbury Comics and the Virgin Megastore and it turns out the Megastore is no more... it closed down a couple of weeks ago. It was kinda sad, specially given that I used to work right across the street from it and enjoyed going over on Tuesdays to check out what was new and to read British magazines that were hard to find anywhere else in Boston. I really hope Newbury Comics has a better fate. |
